By completing registration to our site, you HAVE READ and AGREED to the following rules, private policy, and disclaimer:


1. No scamming, advertising (without administrative consent), promotion of pornography (or display of pornographic material), violence and terrorism, and distribution of illegal or copyrighted material (unless you acquire license or permission to do so). Violators will be dealt with accordingly.

2. NO SWEARING, racism, discrimination, or any act that will offend other users.

3. Don't talk about things that doesn't make any sense at all, or isn't appropriate for a "Catholic School Operated" website environment.

4. Never just copy any post/written material or any media from the internet or elsewhere, YOU HAVE TO GIVE THE CREDITS TO THE ORIGINAL PERSON WHO WROTE IT AND GIVE US A LINK OR INFORMATION WHERE YOU GOT THAT TEXT OR MEDIA. (and clearly state if you have acquired permission to copy/repost such material or not; under certain circumstances, we could acquire the permission for you if you don't have permission to copy such material) Materials posted without a license or permission from the publisher or owner will be removed and will be dealt with accordingly.

4.a. You may post videos uploaded by others (e.g. youtube, vimeo) as long as you use the embed code provided by the uploader. Do not re-upload the same video as it is a waste of time. Just post the embed code of the video here. If it disallows embedding then the owner of the video does not allow others to post the video on external websites. Sorry, but we can't help you with that. But, you can always post content that YOU have created or have permission/license to do so.

4.b. You can use excerpts of written articles from other websites as long as you credit them, and as long as they allow you to copy content from them (e.g. Creative Commons License). Despite that, we do not allow you to post entire articles and written content by others even if you have the absolute permission to do so, the only exception are for one to two paragraphs of content which should be acceptable to be posted as a whole (since they are already short enough).

4.c. We will only acquire licenses and permission, for any kind of content, on your behalf IF and ONLY IF you explicitly ask us to do so. We, under any circumstances, are not obligated and required to perform such actions. It is still up to you to perform necessary actions to get the license or permission on your own or through us on your behalf.

4.d. You may not post any content that doesn't have the permission or license to be posted. Although, you can create a draft and save it on our site while you are working on the permission or license for it. NOTE: We have access to all drafts and content in the site and that we regularly purge drafts that stay too long on the server. It still highly recommended to acquire the permission or license to before you actually create the content for this site.

5. You register because you are ABOVE 13 years old, or has permission to register to this site from your parents/legal guardian if you are under 13. (in compliance with appropriate laws internationally) Sorry but we have to comply with the law, if you continue in registering and you are under 13 years old we will deal this seriously and accordingly.

5.a. We have the right to terminate any account we believe is created by a person who is under 13 and does not have proper permissions to create an account from his/her parents or legal guardian. NOTE: We perform proper investigations first before we actually terminate accounts. But, we have the right to suspend the account if we see it necessary while performing our investigation.

All information provided during registration are kept private (unless otherwise indicated). Your usage and access to this website is logged and we have exclusive rights to use them within our own internal circulation for purposes of improving our services. Information logged includes: your IP Address, username, time of access, page accessed, and operation performed. We have the exclusive right to disclose any information we have if and only if requested by a court of law with valid reason. We will never sell and disclose any information to third-parties under any condition.

We do all possible means to comply to the law and enforce the law. We also do our best to maintain peace, order and clean website. But, any action done by any user of this site is up to their own will and we do not claim any liability or what-so-ever if any illegal act or unwanted behavior is done by our users. We do our best to eliminate such. So if anything happens, it is not our fault but it is the individual's fault, and we would immediately respond and take appropriate actions.

As we keep the site clean, any act of promotion of terrorism, pornography and distribution/promotion of illegal/malicious content will be acted upon by the site administration. We keep records of your IP addresses as you use the site for security reasons. It will only be available if requested to us by a court of the law. (as described in our private policy)
